Getting to know our future boat

We were very lucky to be in Queensland when the boarders closed (COVID) and even luckier to be on a boat. We hired a Catamaran in July 2020 to get to know it better (since we are picking the same one up in France). We also needed to do some studies in preparation for our sailing RYA/ICC qualifications (this was quite hard to do in the stunning Whitsundays - so many distractions).

We pretty much had the Whitehaven and other beaches to ourselves - it was magic. We drove back by car to the Sunshine coast and visited a few places on the way back eg the rainbow beach.
